Dear R,
Sometimes, people underestimate the simplest dishes and think that the most delicious dishes require a lot of work. But, that's not true. I discovered that through a simple parfait. This actually doesn't require some fancy shmancy recipe but the following ingredients:
-some type of fruit, depending on your own personal preference. I used peaches & blueberries :)
-yogurt; any type of yogurt: flavored or plain will work but personally, I think this tastes better with plain yogurt
-honey :D
-you can add granola in if you want!
basically you take a nice bowl and you spoon in some yogurt on the bottom and then place the fruits on top and drizzle a bit of honey. It sounds way to simple to taste good but I don't know if it's just me, but it tastes AMAZING. Plus, it's healthy!
Love,
J
