Dear J,
Last night, I made coffee jello (or jelly) and green tea jello. I was so blown away by how simple and delicious it was.
My version:
Ingredients:
Four tea bags (or Coffee grounds)
Water
Sugar
4 packets of unflavored gelatin (I used the Knox brand)
Condensed Milk
Half & Half
Brew 3 cups of tea or coffee. Add 2 teaspoons of sugar. Add 1 cup of room temperature water and stir in packets of unflavored gelatin. Then pour into cups or a 13x9 pan. Spoon out all bubbles. Leave it to cool down. Then place in the refrigerator.
When the jello is done, mix half and half with condensed milk to drizzle/dollop on top. And there you have it- a easy, refreshing sweet treat :)

p.s. I got my inspiration here
