I am SO sorry for being so behind on our correspondence! So recently, I had an English project that involved food. My options were cornbread and pumpkin bread. I was in the mood for something pumpkin... This was really delicious. It's not overly sweet, and the streusel topping gives the perfect pang of sweetness. Just a note, my mom wanted to use fresh pumpkin instead of canned. Rumors say that using fresh pumpkin is less flavorful because of no preservatives - but I have to say you wouldn't be able to tell the difference!
