Now... don't judge by the title. This is a really really really simple little snack/dessert. Chia seeds are super healthy, of course. The only three ingredients you'll need are chia seeds, milk, and sweetener of your choice. I guess the one downside is chia seeds can be expensive depending on which store to go to.
